Killed this buck on November 15,2004 in a heavy rain. Spotted him at 200 yards and called him in with the primos can.

understandable lucky,i have hunted in wyoming county up pinnacale creek.saw some good bucks but just could'nt connect.have a friend that lives there that has took some real good ones.i live in nc,did'nt get the time to hunt that i needed. congrats again on a beautiful buck.

DEERNUT NO THAT IS NOT ANOTHER BEAM BUT A 4 INCH ABNORMAL POINT GROWING JUST BELOW THE BROW TINE. THERE IS ALSO A 2 INCH ABNORMAL POINT ON THE LEFY SIDE (WAS LONGER BUT WAS BROKEN OFF.

I don't know if lucky is a good username. You have posted 2 terrific WV bucks on here and both came from extremely rugged country. I would say there is quit a bit of skill there to do that. Great deer!

Lucky, That is really a great buck. I am originally from Gilbert in Mingo county. I live in Huntington, WV now. I would like to get back to Mingo County next season to hunt if it will work out for me. I have a picture of a 160 class buck in my photo gallery that I killed with a bow last year. It was third largest in the state as a bowkill. You may have the top bowkill in WV this year with that bruiser. If not the biggest, he should be in the top three. I hope to see you and that deer in Charleston at the deer show at the end of this month.
