It's the IR4C. It takes good pics for the money. One thing
I don't like is the bungie cords it came with have stretched out after 2 weeks of use and it didn't come with straps. It does video but I haven't tried b/c I'm afraid with the cold weather the batteries won't last long. All in all I'm happy!
