look at the pattern in the top of the fence. he was impaled by 3 metal stakes.

Look at his body width. I think it cut the arteries in his legs and he bled to death internally.

My cousin fell on a fence like that and one of those spikes went all the way through his thigh. Missed hid femural artery by less than an inch. Not sharp, but the weight is enough to puncture through
